As the designated agency for mental health and developmental services in Bennington County, UCS is a Preferred Provider of substance use disorder services through the Vermont Department of Health and operates Bennington County Head Start and Early Head Start programs.

UCS provides a wide range of services to individuals and families across the region, including mental health and substance use treatment, developmental services, emergency and crisis support, including 24/7/365 mobile crisis services, psychiatry, and early childhood programs such as Head Start and Early Head Start.

As part of its ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, UCS seeks feedback from community partners to better understand needs in Bennington County, strengthen collaboration, and enhance the quality and accessibility of its programs.

The survey is brief and designed to gather input on communication, collaboration, and overall community impact. Responses will help guide future planning and service delivery.

Community partners are encouraged to complete the survey by March 30.
