| Position: STUDENT ASSISTANCE COUNSELOR |

| Description:Works within the school setting and community to identify students with substance abuse problems and develops the appropriate education, intervention, and case management. Is a liaison between students, the school, the community and the community mental health agencies. |
| Prerequisites:Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field with experience in treating substance abuse required. |
| Position: COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROVIDER |
| Availability:32 hours, M-F, 9-3 or 10-4 |
| Description:Responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the instruction, supervision and monitoring of individuals’ skills for developing maximum independence and inclusion into the community |

| Position: JOB COACH |
| Availability:24 hrs, part-time |
| Description:Responsible to help clients obtain and maintain employment. Assists individuals in defining job goals, learning job tasks, and problem solving various barriers to employment. Adapts tasks and/or methods of work to meet the individual's abilities while maintaining employer set standards. Develops on the job "natural supports" which will enable the individual to be as independent of staff intervention as possible. Acts as a role model whenever in the presence of a individual. |

| Position: CUSTODIAN/HOUSEKEEPER |
| Availability:Third shift Mon-Fri 11:00 pm – 7:30 am. Two 40 hour positions, one 30 hour position, benefit eligible |
| Description:All aspects of facility cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial duties such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, garbage removal of office areas including bathrooms and kitchens. Must have knowledge of tools, equipment and chemicals. Must be able to work independently. |

| Position: COALITION COORDINATOR |
| Availability:Full time, benefit eligible. |
| Description:Organizes, develops, implements, coordinates and monitors the efforts of the Southshire Partnership for a Healthy Community grant. Will provide support to members for planning, problem solving and information management. S/he will also coordinate substance abuse prevention initiatives; develop and coordinate trainings; build Coalition capacity; educate existing and prospective membership; and supervise Coalition staff and volunteers. S/he will also be responsible for data collection, analysis and dissemination, grants management and evaluation activities. The Coordinator will bring to the process knowledge and understanding of substance abuse prevention, coalition development theory and practice, and understanding of the Strategic Prevention Framework |
| Prerequisites:BA in social work, substance abuse prevention, community organization or related field desirable, Master’s preferred. Relevant work experience considered. Valid, clean driver |
| Position: RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT |
| Availability:First, Second, Third shift positions available, Full time & Part time.Every other weekend & holidays required. |
| Description:The Residential Support Provider provides direct care services to individuals, implements plan of care (ISA), and participates in the day to day activities of the residents. Helps with the preparation of meals and housekeeping tasks. Some weekends and holidays required. A high school diploma or equivalent & valid, clean driver’s license with reliable transportation are required. |
